You need to have an established business that’s bringing in consistent revenue and can make plans for the year as a whole. This program isn’t a great fit for those still in the ‘early start up’ or new business phase.

What is included in the program?

For these sessions, we’ll provide strategy workbooks and other materials. We will also provide breakfast and special treats. You’ll be asked to provide lunch for your team on both days, though we will eat together in the strategic planning area.

How do you prepare for a strategic planning retreat?

You’ll be asked to complete and/or gather paperwork ahead of time to help us lay the groundwork for the heavy lifting we’ll do while we’re together. These things include…
