Frequently Asked Questions
What's the deal with travel?
Airfare is not included. We will transport you to and from Orlando International Airport if you're flying in. But you'll need to get yourself there. Orlando Airport is 45-minute drive from the New Smyrna Beach house we've rented for the event. If you choose to fly into a different airport, you'll need to provide your own transportation to the house. If you're driving, there's plenty of parking at the house. Once you arrive, you will likely not need to drive again until leaving on Sunday.
What do I need to bring?
A packing list will be provided a few weeks before your sessions. Beyond regular beach attire, we recommend bringing a laptop, notebook, pens, and a yoga mat.
Can I cancel for a full refund if my plans change?
No you cannot. Due to the limited nature of this event, we cannot accept cancellations or issue refunds. If you are unable to attend, you may contact Team Realign Consulting to help facilitate gifting your spot to someone else. However, no refunds will be given for this event.
What other expenses should I expect?
Dinner on Friday and Saturday night is NOT included. We will have reservations, according to the feel of the group, at one of several popular local restaurants. You should plan $25-40 for dinner each night. If you want to drink alcohol beyond what is provided at the house, that will be at your own expense. Most other things, including snacks, breakfasts, lunches, transportation, and light libations at the house are included. You will be asked to provide dietary needs and preferences a few weeks before the event so we can prepare for you.
Who else will be there?
Beyond participants, Renia's Assistant, Madison Rush, will be with us to make sure everyone is comfortable, fed, and well-cared for throughout the three days.
Can I hire Renia and her team to help implement my plan or work with me further after the weekend?
Yes! We will be reserving a handful of 2023 Private Coaching spots at a discounted rate specifically for participants from this event. So, if you need/want support during your journey, we're here for you!
