A small business coach is a good fit for strategy and development support, but not someone who will be in the work with you executing. If this is what you need or are looking for, consider searching for agencies familiar with your industry.

What is it like to work with Renia and Team Realign Consulting?

According to our clients, working with Renia and our team is like finally being fully seen or taking a deep, cleansing breath.

Logistically, this looks like alternating weeks of focusing on integration/accountability and strategy. You can expect clear agendas, goals, and tasks before and after each session—no guesswork-style coaching here.

Please keep in mind that all our relationships require a minimum six-month commitment.

How do I know if we’re a good fit?

That’s what our fitting call is for! You’ll have an in-depth discussion with Renia to get to know each other and ask any questions that are on your mind.

We work best with businesses that have been established for a few years and/or where the founder has experience in the field. Startups are not a great fit for us. Also, if profit is your only focus, we aren’t the right partners for you. We don’t resonate with terms like “hustle” and “growth hacking.” If those attract you, we’re probably not a great fit.

We are impact-minded and put people first because we don’t believe you have to choose between what’s right and what sells. Nurturing your stakeholders—including your client base—is central to all our coaching relationships.
