Signing up for a persona workshop is as easy as scheduling a time. Here’s what else to expect...


It only takes a minute or two to get the ball rolling. Once we receive your appointment request, our team gets to work planning for your workshop. After the workshop, you’ll leave with fully-designed resources you can use right away.

Here’s an overview of the entire process, from start to finish.

Step 1: Schedule a time.

First, you’ll click here to pick a time that’s convenient for you and your team. You’ll want to invite anyone who is client-facing and will benefit from better understanding your customers. That could include customer service staff, sales reps, and more. 

Step 2: Fill out the questionnaire.

Once you submit your appointment request, you’ll be automatically directed to fill out a questionnaire. The answers you give will allow our team to get started, and we’ll be in touch with you soon to get more information. 

Before your workshop, we’ll also need you to complete a worksheet that usually takes about 30 minutes. 

Step 3: Join us for a fun and informative workshop.

Your workshop will be 90 minutes long. During this time, we’ll dive deep and leave no stone uncovered. We’re going to be unearthing things that you already know about the people you work with or want to work with. We’ll figure out who’s most likely to respond to you based on your brand personality. We’ll start building some frameworks for you to use. All of that, and so much more.

Step 4: Now it’s time for us to WORK for you!

After the workshop, we take 7-10 business days to validate our findings and start building your personas. We want you to walk away from this process with helpful information you can understand and start putting it to use right away. 

Step 5: We conclude the project with a delivery call and send you all of the materials you’ll need to start connecting with your audience.

After we have everything ready for you, we’ll schedule a call to go over the personas and our findings. You’ll receive a recording of the workshop we conducted, plus 2-3 persona quick reference sheets with your persona stories. These are fully designed and can be used by your company’s graphic designers, copywriters, strategists, and others. We’ve had some clients print them out and put them on the wall so they can remember who their audience is, no matter what they’re working on.
