Renia (pronounced REE-nah) Carsillo is the founder of Realign Consulting and the creator of the Do Better Business™ and Do Better Digital™ frameworks. As a seasoned expert in sustainable brand strategies, strategic planning, and digital marketing, she actively avoids business silos and marketing hacks. Instead, she spends her days working with mid-size and small companies to integrate their business strategy with their impact strategy, design sustainable values-driven marketing frameworks, and find a growth cadence that works for their team and their life. Renia believes founders are uniquely positioned to create a kinder, more equitable world. She is passionate about bringing C-level strategic support to small and mid-size companies shaping their communities every day.
